Roadster Republic is a business based in Midlothian, Virginia. In these terms, “we” means Roadster Republic.

By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

You are welcome to read, explore and share links to this site. Please do not copy its writing, photography, drawings or the Roadster Atlas for commercial use, interfere with how the site runs, or scrape it at scale.

The Roadster Atlas and our route guides are for reference and enjoyment, not instruction. They are not a workshop manual or a substitute for a qualified mechanic. Roads, closures and conditions change, so check local conditions, and with the Park Service where it applies, before you travel. Drive within the law and your own ability.

CORVO-001 is a prototype. It is not in production and not available to order. There are no user accounts on this site. We may change, pause or take down any part of it.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping, and tax where it applies, are added at checkout. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. An order becomes a contract between you and us when we email you the order confirmation.

If a price or description on the site is clearly wrong, we will tell you before your order goes into production. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

You can cancel any order that has not gone into production. Write to orders@roadsterrepublic.com as soon as you can. Once a shirt has been printed, our Shipping and returns page sets out what we can do.

We are not running drives or events at the moment. When we do, each one will have its own terms, published with it before you sign up, including who is responsible for what on the day.

We do not currently accept photography, route write-ups or other submissions. If we start, we will tell you exactly what you are granting us, and what you keep, before you send anything.

We make the shirts and the site with care, but we provide the site as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and for any order our total liability is no more than the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. If something goes wrong, please write to us first. Most problems are settled with an email.
